The 90th Annual Casita Maria Gala celebrated nine decades of Casita Maria’s extraordinary commitment to bringing arts, education, and cultural enrichment to children and families in the South Bronx. The evening also recognized distinguished supporters including Wes Gordon, Creative Director of Carolina Herrera, Lucy Doughty, and James J. Borynack, honoring their contributions to culture, creativity, and community.

Founded in 1934, Casita Maria serves youth, families, and the community in the South Bronx through arts, culture, and education. Originally established to support Spanish-speaking immigrants, it now provides a safe haven and enrichment for all people of color. Casita Maria's state-of-the-art facility opened in 2009, expanding its role as a beacon of hope and excellence.
